Updating Items

All information on a case, person, or item can be updated in the update area. To update information, click the Update Case icon on the quick menu.
Enter the case # that you need to update and submit.

The default screen shows case level information in a locked mode. To update case information, click the Unlock & Update button. To update person or item level information, click on the appropriate tab and select an item for update.

View Tab Update
You can also update a case / person / item from the view tab. Go to the View Tab, type in your case and click the edit icon next to the case or person or item.
