Mass Transcations

Overview

The mass transaction feature allows you to perform selected transactions (check in, check out, dispose, move, send to letter writer) on a group of items. Mass transactions can be conducted with ease from the Change of Custody page, The Bucket List, or throughout the system.

When conducting a mass transaction, look for the check boxes directly to the left of the item. To perform a transaction on that item, check the box next to them item and select the transaction. Multiple boxes can be checked to select as many items as you'd like to include in the transaction.
