Log Off Time Clock

Overview

In the top right hand corner of the screen you will see a Log Off, Refresh and Clock option.

Log Off – When pressed, it will immediately log you off the system.

Refresh & Clock – A security feature of the Tracker Products system is the count down clock option. When accessing a screen, this clock will begin to count down from either 10 minutes or 30 minutes. If the clock reaches 0:00, the user will be automatically logged off the system. Anything that was on the screen will be lost. As a user moves around the system, this clock will constantly refresh. If you need to remain idle on a screen and don't want to log off, click te green refresh icon. This refresh icon lets you reset the clock without losing information on th page. You can press the green arrow refresh button multiple times if necessary.
