The advanced logging section allows the system administrator to view the entire transaction history of any case, person or item. Any time information is modified in any way, a transaction is written to this logging section along with date / time and who made the modification.
Note: The information in this section can not be modified by anyone including the administrator.

To view the history of any case, person, or item, click the Advanced Logging button on the Quick Menu. You will be prompted to type in the Case # associated with that case, person, or item.
By default, you will see the case level history. To view item level history you will need to click the drop down menu and select your case number.
